A female dance troupe becomes stranded on a lonely island where giant, deadly, and mutagenic spiders roam. This cheaply made, poorly acted, and poorly directed movie was clearly meant to appeal to teens. Filled with scantily clad, partially nude or nude young women often in titillating situations, a teenage mentality pervades. The acting, dialog, and editing gave me some good laughs. The spider barely existed. I guess it was used as some kind of excuse to get a bunch of catty, almost nude women together on an island so they could fight each other and enjoy guys leering at them. All throughout the movie the ears are tortured by stupid sexy woman music. I was wishing I could fast-forward through most of it. In other words, a sixteen-year old boy would give it five stars. His review- "The opening scene was really neat with the old cars and at about thirty minutes in, the spider was neat in its badness. The movie really sucked and you owe me big time, Grandpa, for even asking me to watch it. 1 star cause they don't have a half star" I'll trust his judgment and skip this one.
